“Treat the Person, not the disease.”

— Chinese Medicine proverb

Treatment entails viewing your current problems or progress in light of body, mind, spirit, and environment. Using a combination of different modalities enables your practitioner to help you feel comfortable and supported as you heal and grow. Whether you love the quiet calm of the acupuncture space, or the delicious movement of cupping, or the long-term benefits of herbal medicine, or the immune support of essential oils, we can help you to find an effective therapy that nourishes your whole person.

  • Acupuncture

This ancient medical practice can help you move easier and improve the function of everything from digestion to sleep and physical and emotional pain. The applications of acupuncture are many, and it has been studied and proved effective for ailments as diverse as autoimmune conditions, fertility concerns, injuries and upper respiratory issues to name a few.

  • Herbs and Essential Oils

Chinese herbal therapies have been proven to be immensely therapeutic for many conditions and can of course be used at home, regularly, to attain and maintain better health and balance. There are a range of ways to take herbs, from liquid tinctures to pills to topical application. The use of herbal medicine is specific to a person, not only their diagnosis.

  • Body work

For centuries, traditional therapies like cupping, gua sha, and tui na have helped people of all ages to increase circulation, minimize tension, and speed healing of injured muscles. Whether it’s too much gardening, a bicycle crash, or just sleeping the “wrong way”, some hands-on work can help you move through pain and tension much faster.

What People Are Saying

“I have been benefiting from Skye and CM for years. Sometimes we do maintenance (sort of like service check ups/check ins) and at times we focus on things that may need a deeper dive. While acupuncture needles are definitely part of the treatment and so very beneficial (you really can feel the difference!), CM is care for the whole person - it includes what is going on in life and in the world and... how it all impacts body and mind. It brings in the seasons and considers food and movement. Plus CM may complement or supplement other health care we receive. Skye's knowledge and wisdom helps identify and integrate it all! Gua sha and cupping are my favorite part of treatments and I love getting on her table knowing we are depositing into my 'whole body wellness bank' or healing in some way, whatever is needed at the time.”

“I remember when I was anxious about my health and just starting to work with Skye on my digestive issues. Her words "bodies were made to heal" struck a chord which has guided me ever since. I have learned to relate to my body in a more nurturing way from her wisdom, her perception, and her skills.

“I have been seeing Skye for acupuncture for the last several years and believe in the many benefits of her therapy. She has seen me through various surgeries, hospitalizations, and medical issues. She is an amazing listener and incredible at tailoring my treatments to whatever my individual circumstances are the day that I see her. I always leave feeling at peace and better than when I entered. Most recently, I have been healthy and am confident that my regular visits with her have contributed to this wellness. I am grateful for Skye’s healing presence in my life!”
